Our philosophy

Garden Oaks is, essentially, an expression of the personal philosophies of the owners. We aim for a person-centred business and mutually beneficial relationships with clients, tenants and associates.

We believe in honest, timely communication and delivering value for money. All GOFA properties are maintained to a condition that we would expect for our own living space. And, our expectations of tenants are explicit and consistent across all properties. This means that adjacent properties offer security in the sense that your neighbours have agreed to the same set of expectations that give you assurance of a quality lease experience.

As members of the Rental Owners and Managers Society, we adhere to government legislation and regulations and the ROMS Code of Ethics. Additionally, GOFA partners are certified in two professions and adhere to relevant ethical standards as a general matter. Practices are transparent and documented in the GOFA Operating Manual.
