Depending on the configuration of the property, some suites include utilities and some do not. Please ask to confirm. A one year lease is required for our unfurnished apartments. In accord with the Residential Tenancy Act, residents shift to a month-to-month tenancy after the lease agreement is fulfilled.
Each apartment enjoys an assigned exterior space, whether a deck/porch, patio or sheltered gravel area. Common areas may be enjoyed in the spirit of respect for other residents, so if taking personal items out for a time on a shared patio space, we ask that you take them back with you so others may also freely enjoy the space. Personal items are not permitted in common areas.
Each suite has a unique character ranging from contemporary to traditional. Furnished suites rented 90+ days are fully equipped from furniture, a set of linens, table & kitchenware, art, and more.
