We are not able to accept pets due to allergies and welcome those similarly afflicted, so this building is entirely non-smoking (of any kind) and fully pet free. As someone who lived with 3 dogs and 2 cats until I discovered breathing, I do get the disappointment and regret that we cannot change this requirement.
Current regulations require ONLY stays over 90 days and that means proof of your duration and agreed departure dats is necessary to accommodate prospective tenants requiring longer stay furnished apartments. Please understand that we must request necessary information including reference checks.
